SELF HEATING MARINE MUD

• Powerful self-heating ready-to-mix powder
• NOTE:  Heats to 40C, DO NOT apply by hand, use a spatula or similar utensil
• Use before competition to loosen and prepare muscles for exertion; use after to release hard, tight muscles
• Ideal for stiffness, tension, cramps, or spot treatments (ex tight sacrums)
• Apply a thick layer WITH A SPATULA to muscles only:  back, neck, shoulders, hindquarters
• Cover, leave on for 30 mins, rinse with
  warm water
• Includes bodywrap films that can be cut/torn to size of treatment area
